Chrome issue - unable to open the archived document using SAP webgui

Hello Experts,

we are having a strange behavior, while opening the archived document in SAP webgui.

in our scenario, we have created an application in Fiori which calls the Webgui of back-end s4hana system for a particular standard invoice next-evolution transaction code.

we have a web-dispatcher in place for fiori launch pad

following are the rules set in sap web dispatcher of Fiori.

1. To launch the Fiori launchpad

2. we have redirect url configuration to call the webgui to call the transaction of back end s4hana system

3. rule to access the archived URL.

at the archiving solution we have set the parameter for x-frame-options=SAMEORIGIN

when we have all this parameter in place its working perfectly fine in Internet explorer(version = 11.)whereas in Chrome we are getting the error.

refused to display in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

Hello Cristiano,

i have already visited this sap note, it is not providing much of help. in internet explorer i am able to open pdf documents. but in chrome i am unable to.

Hello Varun,

Read KBA 2560881 (refused to connect/display Error, X-Frame Options set to SAMEORIGIN) and see whether it helps.
