Credit Note against Landed Cost Bill

I need to revise a landed cost which i already posted,

I posted AED 5000 against a shipment after 1 month i got Credit Note of AED 1000, i need to book the credit Note or revise the landed cost which i already posted for reducing the cost of appropriate products itself.
