HI ,

not able to reset few internal employees passwords as the fields are in read only mode.

Few users have option to reset password but few not.

Could you help me with the solution like where should i edit the user fields to reset the user passwords in new admin ui?

Yes i am trying to reset the user password through native login.

As you said, that would be the reason, why i am not able to reset the password for users.

Sure.. i will do the same through Bizx.

Hi Ambika,

First things first, are you still using native login? If yes, please stop logging via native login. The password reset should be done via platform - reset user password, not from LMS.

Hello Nagesh,

I have this same issue. We are using SSO, however, there are a handful of employees who do not have access to our network and therefore cannot login via SSO through platform. These employees must login using native login. Do you know how to turn off the read-only so that I can reset the password for these select employees?
