RFC Exception : Opening connection to backend failed. No data received from partner side

Hi,

This is the issue of SCPI synchronous Interface HTTPS(Sender) to RFC(SAP ECC - Receiver). The cloud connector is used to connect backend SAP ECC. The Interface is running in the PROD environment with high volume and only a few messages got failed with the below error.

Please help me to understand and rectify the issue.

Hi Neeraj,

This may be an ECC work management issue where all the available dialog processes are already occupied by other RFC's and interactive users.

Normally an RFC process takes a dialog work process for execution.

Can you see the CPI RFC's in ECC transaction SM50 (process overview?)
