Will upgrading Crystal Reports to new version affect my existing queries?


We are upgrading Crystal reports from version 2016 to 2020.Will the upgrade affect the existing queries that we have in the older version?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

    No, it will not affect them. Since Crystal 2020 is 64-bit and Crystal 2016 is 32-bit, the only things you'll have to do is make sure that you have installed the 64-bit data drivers you need and, if you're using ODBC, create 64-bit ODBC connections with the same names as the 32-bit ODBC connections you're currently using.
