Analyze Delivery Logs - No messages visible

Hello experts,

When creating an outbound delivery which produces delivery errors users cannot see these messages in the Analyze Delivery Logs app. The Messages table is blank. When running SU53 there are no authorisation errors.

Does this happen only for end users or you also encounter this problem?

If you also experience the same problem - the good thing is that you will be able to perform some of the troubleshooting by yourself. Any suspicious errors that you can see in the browser console? This would be the first thing that I would look for after eliminating authorizations as a potential root cause.

Also, does the app work as expected in your QAS system or the behavior is the same?

Did you check if the app is configured according to what is explained in the apps library?

Thanks for the response.

It only occurs for end users, I can see the messages.

The app works the same across DEV/QA/PROD

Did you try to copy a problematic user to a test user ID in the QAS system and try to access the app from your browser with this user ID?

If yes - is the log displayed or not? If the log is not displayed with this test user from your browser - check if you see any errors in your browser console.
