Export accounts based on ticket status to target group

My question is if I want to create a Target Group directly from Report, how do I achieve this requirement!!

I have created a report using Data Source "Account Ticket Target Group" and assigned it under Analysis "Reports", but from there I'm not able to get the option 'Export All accounts to Target Group"

I see that the export to target group is only available for Visit Survey's, Account Open Activities and Account Contact report. I want to export accounts that have tickets of a certain statuses to a target group.

Please advise.

Hello Michael,

You can achieve your requirement below solution from the service work centre as well.

The solution enables the user to create a target group without extracting and manipulating the excel data report. The solution uses the Services work centre, which enables the system to pull the selected data directly from the ticket object within the SAP C4C case management system and automatically populate the target group.


The system makes by selecting multiple search filters i.e. Status and Service category. The user can also select more than one filter items i.e. the user can select more than one statuses: “Resolved” and “pending”. The search filter is advanced as it allows the user to search using other fields besides the required: Status, Service category, and Service topic. The additional search filters include:

The additional search filters include: The system will produce results as per the search criteria selected. Note that the results are actually ticket records and not accounts.

Select the entries from the result area by clicking SHIFT + CTRL and then click on the last record.

On the menu icon, the system will make provision for creating a Target Group on the menu item list.


After selecting “Create target group” the system automatically filters the ticket records in order to identify and pick up the individual customer accounts. The identified accounts are automatically included as “Members” of the created target group.


The system will allow the user to create the target group name. The number of Members and other target group details are automatically discovered and populated by the system.
