Search to Insight Functionality - Need to search a text column on a key word

Hello,

In my model, I have a comments column , which contains free text like ex -"This required new changes" or "This is enhancement" ..etc. Now I would like to use this column in "search to insight" to find trend.

Ex, I need to find total count of rows having a key word "new changes" or "enhancements".

please advise how to do this? In Search to Insight search bar, can we use 'contains' for searching string/text? or search symbols like * ? % ..etc.

or Is there any other way to achieve this?
