Coresystems FSM or inbuilt SAP C4C Field service features?

Hi Friends,

I am a little bit confused about the new SAP C4/HANA FSM features which are part of Coresystems. Before the acquisition of Coresystems by SAP we already had field service management features inbuilt in C4C as part of Work tickets, Contracts, Warranty management Etc. however I am not able to understand whether to go with the existing features since they are still available in C4/HANA Service Cloud or to use the FSM by Coresystems add On?

Request you to kindly help. We are basically looking out for the options for FSM and already using SAP C4C Service Cloud.

Hello anbjj,

If the Features which are there in Service cloud Suites your requirement completely, you can use it as it does not incur an additional cost.

The downside is there won't be many enhancements to the existing C4C resource scheduler.
SAP FSM provides you an exclusive app for FSM and functionalities that resource scheduler lags.
FSM makes a field service technician and the dispatchers work easier and efficient.

FSM will still keep on adding features and all those features which are integration relevant will be enhanced in the Service cloud as well.

Best Regards,

Arun
