Issue with Report Gallery and connection to SAC

Dear experts,

whenever I click a Story in the Report Gallery the following screen appears:

Step 1:

Result ("denied connection"):

In general our Analytics Cloud seems to be working fine, live-data-connection is established and you can jump to SAC through "analyze" in the Performance tab of a campaign successfully.

Can anybody help?

Can you please open the browser console and check if there are any errors pertaining to CORS(Cross Origin Resource Sharing) access denied or x-frame-options sameorigin or x-frame-options disabled etc etc. If thats the case then pls check SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002879612.
