Issue with Report Gallery and connection to SAC

Dear experts,

whenever I click a Story in the Report Gallery the following screen appears:

Step 1:

Result ("denied connection"):

In general our Analytics Cloud seems to be working fine, live-data-connection is established and you can jump to SAC through "analyze" in the Performance tab of a campaign successfully.

Can anybody help?
