Hi,

I have entered AFS sales order and I have selected the grid value for my material but while saving order I am getting incompletion message that grid value is missing. What else I need to maintain?

Thanks.

can you show screenshots of the steps you take to enter the variant information and after you have selected it. Are there any warnings / messages popping up or shown at the bottom left of the screen.

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with How to ask a Question (if you haven't already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful) and share screenshots of what you've seen/done. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you. You should also make sure you're using all the appropriate tags, so the right experts can find your question.
Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).

In the sale order, you have AFS Item Overview tab, where you have a field "Grid value". Is it blank or filled with some value. Nevertheless, please share the message number.

Also, if you're hoping to connect with readers, please consider adding a picture to your profile. Here's how you do it:

By personalizing your profile with a photo of you, you encourage readers to respond.

Finally, the below data from your profile does not speak in a positive way

Please try to respect members who have spent time in helping you and try to close all the questions you have created. Being an old member, I am sure, you should be knowing how to close a discussion.

Hi lakshmipathi.ganesan,

Thanks for your answer.

Regarding questions closed, yes I accept initially when I joined this forum I was not properly closing the questions. But recently I have been closing all my questions after accepting correct answer and I will continue to follow this practice going forward.

Thanks,

Karan
