Restrict the outbound channel email to specific team

Good day,,

We need to restrict the outbound channel email to be display to specific team and admin only ,,and not all the employee can use the outbound channel email.

EX: we need to give the service team the access for this outbound channel to read and write and all other employee just read the interaction between the service team and the customer
