SAP BusinessClient 7.0 PL12 nwbcoptions.xml theme doesn´t work

Hello,

We are currently upgrading our computers from Business Client version 6.5 to 7.0 PL12 and SAP GUI 7.60 PL7. For version 6.5 the following nwbcoptions.xml works without problems. With the 7.0 version the theme changes from Blue Crystal to Belize as soon as I log on to one of our systems.

Anyone has a solution for this problem?
