In a vendor invoice both income tax and GST are included now the client requirement is how can we see both tax in a single report.

What is the specific scenario of vendor purchase that you have income tax, which is a kind of direct tax and GST which is a tax on sales/purchase transaction where value is added.

Specifically for India income tax is charged on net profit of the company and not on specific AP transaction, so it is really difficult to comprehend such a reporting requirement unless you are talking of TDS which is a form of with holding tax and also a direct tax and which case you might have to look for a custom solution for something called as purchase register.
