Crystal reports job from instance manager not printed

Dear community,

I have this crystal report that I use on a label printer. When I print this label directly from crystal reports, everything works fine. However, when I try to print this label via the instance manager, the label is generated correctly (when I do rightclick and view), but does not appear on one of my labels. Instead, some empty labels are given by the printer, so apparently some kind of job appears for it.

Does anyone know what could be happening here?
