S4 CRM Org determination rule not determining the the Sales Org unit

Good day Experts

I have issues with the Org Determination in S4 CRM and just wanted to know if anyone can assist.

The requirement is that the Sales Org Unit should be determined automatically based on the user's assignment on the Org unit. Simple enough in traditional CRM on prem, but not sure why is it not working here in S4.

What we have done up to date is:

1. Assigned the user to the Org Unit via HR.

Used the Rule 100004148 and assigned the Org Det Rule to my Transaction.

Still not Determining the Org in the Opportunity transaction:
