Hi Team,

With people analytics coming in for LMS in H2-2020 release possibly, will there be an impact on customized reports generated using PRD tool within LMS reports?

Will PRD is going to expire and will people analytics replaces PRD completely for LMS customized reports?

Also,some customized reports which are created using 2 systems like ORACLE HRDD data and LMS data,will there be an impact?

Will the already created customized reports will have any impact or do we need to move it to people anaytics? If so, how will it be done?

Hi Abhishek,

The new People Analytics will not impact any existing PRD reports. Also the PRD will not be depreciated because of this new option. All existing standard or custom PRD reports will remains as it is, but from H2-2021 release, customers will have an additional and powerful option to build analytics reports, including learning data.

The full information about the additional of learning data to the imbedded SAC will be recorded in the H2-2021 documentation, previous to the effective release take place.
