IRPA add notifier issue (Message send failure) with the CAI bot

Hi All,

I have an IRPA add notifier issue (Message send failure) with the CAI bot.

This how I configure the CAI Bot

CAI calling the IRPA API with the below configuration.

Authentication:

Headers

Body:

Response:

After triggering this we are getting a response back as 201 but we configure the CAI Notifier, but this is Failed as shown below screenshot status as SEND_MESSAGE: Failure

Please let us know if we are missing something here?
