Hello experts,
We configured the connection between our C4C and BW, using Web services and SOAP.
We are able to extract the data, but whenever there is description involved, the field is always empty in the PSA whereas it's correctly filled in Datasource preview.
Exemple with Master Masterdata:

Preview in BW on the same datasource:
The issue is present with all datasources from C4C (survey, Customer ...)
Any idea ? Thanks.
I tried to change languages at several places etc ...
