Inventory counting data upload through DTW

Please help me on inventory counting data upload via DTW. I am continue facing error like object reference not set to an instance. I am not getting any proper solution.

Thank you so much. But after follow this note, we are getting another error like 'Created Failed11320000257 - You are not assigned to selected branch 'XXX'65171.

I have already assigned branch details into column OINC but till getting error.
