Banking File can not be created

Dear experts,

we've got a problem regarding to creating a banking file through the payment assistant.

The Error says that the Creation of the banking file through the Electronic File Manager was not successful.
Also it states "Internal Plug-In-Error" at the end.

At the bottom the following error is shown: "The object reference was not set to an object instance."

This error only occurs on one machine. On other machines there is no error.
Even with the same User (Windows and SAP) on another machine, no error.

So I tried a different path for the export. -> Didn't help

So I re-installed the SAP B1 Client.
After that, the error still persists.

So I re-installed and repaired some components -> Didnt' help

Do you know what I could do to solve this problem?

Kind regards

    Hi Giano llhan,

Please check SAP Note 2078869 - Troubleshooting – Bank File Is Not Created or Is Created Incorrectly Using Payment Add-on to resolve the issue.

Please check Case 6 and 7 under Bank File creation fails. As issue could be related to payment engine add-on installation is corrupted.

    • Hi Hari Krishna.

      thank you for your comment!
      I've already reinstalled everything though.

I'm guessing that my problem is related to DATEV, which is also installed on the affected computer.
I'll report back if this was the solution or not.

      Kind regards,

      Giano Ilhan
