Failure to replicate data to Accounts

Hello Experts

A data replica of some fields that were expanded (APP Custom Field) is being made, the data or values arrive at the Consumer segmentation module.

But when performing the same process for the Accounts module, the data does not arrive

The configuration was reviewed and all the attributes were expanded in the APIs tab of OData (6)

These attributes have already been exported to PRD, in case it is required to reverse this transport, how is the process?
The attributes and all were created in Marketing context: Contact, The fact that the fields are not displayed in the plot has to do with the context in which they were created?

Hi Elio,

I would recommend the following to you:
1) Disable the fields in consumer segmentation module of context Marketing: Contact and make sure that you also disable the fields in any other usages.

2) Recreate the fields in context Marketing: Contact and Corporate Account and enable it for usage.

3) After successful testing in Q-System, transport all changes to the PRD system.

4) If your fine with the result there, you can delete the fields in context Marketing: Contact in Q-System and transport the deletion to PRD system.

Yes, correct they reach Consumers but not Accounts

No, unfortunately you create them as Marketing: Contacts. Then you replicated some data into that fields and want to show in segmentation?

Correct, I have replied but they only reach consumers, I would have to create them all back to Marketing: Contact and Corporate Account, from what I understand, there are many but it can be done.

The problem would be that a transport was made to PRD, (It is not in operation yet) of those attributes.

What I don't want is that once I create them again, publish and extend them so that they can be taken in the replica, make transport to PRD and remain garbage in PRD, the old attributes.

You created Custom Fields for Contacts or Accounts? Then you replicated some data into that fields and want to show in segmentation?

As per my knowledge you cannot reverse a transport that has been made to P system.

Maybe you can clarify it a little bit so that I can help you out 🙂
