What is the difference between SAP standard users and SAP special users.
Why do we need to protect the Special users?
How do we protect the Special users?
Could you define 'special users' as this term has no standard definition and everybody could understand it in a different way.
If you mean ddic and sap*, there should be a lot of information available. In short: never lock ddic but keep the passwort safe and sap* shoould be locked and without authorizations under normal cirumstances. Furthermore, sap* ist a kind of emergency users if no one has admin access to the sap system because this user can get full authorizations with a well known password.
