FSCM Dispute Management Correspondence

I have configured Dispute Management and in the case type I have set the action profile to the standard "FIN_DM".

Within UDM_DISPUTE when I click on "create correspondence" and select one of the 2 available correspondences I get the message correspondence created successfully. But when I check SOST there is no email.

Is there any configuration changes I need to make to the action profile "FIN_DM"?
