Approval process doesn't work in SAP Business One app

Hi Experts,

I set up one approval process for outgoing payments, It works fine from the computer client side, in other words, if the user login the SAP client by the desktop mode , he can see all the waiting approval document, but if the appvover login the APP, they can't see the documnet in the app. Any hints for this?
