Theme issues after export / import - Portal Enterprise 7.5

Hi Guys !

I created a theme in a 'DEV' environment (Development) but after exporting and importing this theme in a 'QAS' quality environment, the theme presented some problems, see the attached images:

I already tried to delete the theme in the QAS environment and tried to export / import again, but it didn't work. I tried to change the customer language (Portuguese) for the English language, but it didn't work either. I also checked all the theme data in the 'UI theme designer', and all the data is the same.

Please, could anyone tell me what's wrong ?? How to solve this problem ??

Hi José,
What happens if you try to use one of SAP Provided themes? Does the same issue occurs?

If the issue occurs with SAP Provided themes, I suggest patching the system to the latest patch level, or redeploying the core components:

AJAX-RUNTIME
WD-RUNTIME
EP-ADMIN
EP-BASIS
EP-BASIS-API
EP-RUNTIME

If the issue does not occur with SAP Themes, try rebuilding the theme on UI Theme designer.
