Could not start/stop/edit HANA Cloud Foundry Trial Database. Bad Request (400)

243 Views

A week ago I created a HANA Cloud instance on the Cloud Foundry Trial environment.

This SAP HANA Instance stops after a certain time of inactivity.

However, today I was not able to start the instance at all. It gives a message "Stopping Failed".

After pressing the button "Stop" again, a message is displayed with "Bad Request (400)".

Via the Chrome Developer Tools I came to the point that there is an error on authentication with the Service Broker, but I'm unable to adjust the credentials (which didn't change, btw).

Trying to stop the instance (again):

  1. error: {errorCode: "STOP_FAILED",…}
    1. args: ["b0175fc7-66ad-45ed-ab2d-4398820665e7"]
    2. errorCode: "STOP_FAILED"
    3. message: {value: "An error occurred while attempting to stop instance b0175fc7-66ad-45ed-ab2d-4398820665e7.",…}
    1. lang: "en-US"
    2. requestId: "11b9a9cb-8836-4cb7-5055-8a643e341f5d"
    3. value: "An error occurred while attempting to stop instance b0175fc7-66ad-45ed-ab2d-4398820665e7."

Trying to update the instance via "Update Available":

  1. errorCode: "EDIT_INSTANCE_FAILED"
  2. message: {,…}
    1. lang: "en-US"
    2. requestId: "f42956ea-8c06-4360-4023-93499212eac3"
    3. value: "An error occurred while attempting to update an instance: 502 - {"description":"Authentication with the service broker failed. Is someone able to assist in this situation and to bring the database back to life?

Thanks in advance!
