Automatic Trigger of Incidents from Service Now in Cloud Foundry Environment


Dear Experts,

In our current project, Client is going to Migrate from NEO Foundry to Cloud Foundry environment. Here our requirement is, client is expecting to auto trigger of Incidents from Service Now ticketing tool for every failed message in CPI either due to data issue or connection issue. Will you please provide if it is achievable. Kindly suggest.
