I have not been that much of ECC consultant before 😞 We have an external portal similar to carrier collaboration. old ERP connected to this external portal is now being replaced by S4 HANA. I have to trigger information to this portal whenever an OBD is created and whenever there is a change to the outbound delivery.
Questions :
1, Where should I start
2, How to maintain the condition for OBD in NACE and what output types should I be using
3, Which type of IDOC I should be using and WE20 to create the partner profile etc
4, How to do the field mapping of the IDOC OBD with the external portal. The message is passed via an XML file
5, whenever there is a change in the outbound delivery, an IDOC should be again retriggered. Do I have to include a user exit here?
6, where should I be doing a message control customization
It will be great if anyone could clarify these questions?
