Can't change parameter on RZ11 - SAP Script

On transaction RZ11, in Parameter Name sapgui/user_scripting, I can't change the value to TRUE, the error message says: "Invalid value TRUE for parametersapgui/user_scripting"

What ABAP version/kernel do you have?

If you run SE24, test the method GET_ALL_VALUES of the class CL_SPFL_PROFILE_PARAMETER, select lower case, and enter parameter "sapgui/user_scripting", what possible values does it return?

(I get VALUE11 FALSE, VALUE21 TRUE, VALUE31 TRUE, VALUE32 TRUE, VALUE33 TRUE, VALUE34 TRUE, VALUE44 TRUE, VALUE13 FALSE, VALUE23 TRUE, VALUE24 TRUE)

I had exactly the same issue as you did and it happened because I was missing the authorization to change that parameter to TRUE. I've discovered that, after checking SU53. After adding the authorization object to my user profile, it worked.
