Rank function in Webi Rank([Called-In Percentage]) is not giving desired result.

It should give 2nd rank in place of 17 .

Please guide me here .

As far as I understand your question, the result is normal.

If there are 16 values that have the same value (100%) (rank 1), the first rank after that is 17.

Yeah Ayman , I also found the same after doing a lot of research .

This function works this way only , but if we go logically than all (100%) values are getting 1st rank then the value next to it should have assigned 2nd rank .
