Can I access SAP System through SAP Learning HUB?

Dear experts

I am about start to learn SAP Success factors and I was reading a lot of topics and information about SAP Learning HUB unfortunately I didn't get what I looking for, I thought that buying SAP Learning hub edition would help me to have an access to sap Success factors, Simply what I need is that I want an access to SAP Success factors also to prepare for global exam, So may you please assist me with that ? thanks in advance
