Hi Yusazlan

from your screenshot it appears the status is completed hence it might not be allowing?

Is it working when the status is something else?

If it is working for others this is how it may have been designed

You can check if in your system you have any customizations in below places

1. Go to SRM Server -> Cross Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and field control -> Control Actions -> Configure COntrol actions at header level look for edit button for contract as the object type and see if any class or exit, if not you can add your custom code here and make it enabled again

2. Right click and find the technical component name most probably it is FPM_OIF_COMPONENT
Using that Go to SE80 and open component FPM_OIF_COMPONENT and see if any customization is there if not, you can make it enabled there as well
