A/P Credit Memo Cancellation is not possible; base order reopened

Dear Experts,

I want to cancel A/P Credit memo urgently.but according to relationship map A/P credit memo reopened purchase order as' Reopen Doc. By Creating Returns/Goods Returns/Credit Memos Based On It' check box in document settings is selected.Is there any work around for this case?

Ok, what about the posted credit memo now? I want to cancel it

Hello,

In the document settings, check if the checkbox for the User confirmation to open the based document. If the option is checked, then when when you add the A/P Credit Memo there will be a user prompt message whether to open the Purchase Order, you can choose YES to Open the purchase order or choose NO to keep the Purchase Order closed.
