SAP CS inhouse repair process service order number not saving

Dear all,

iam facing issue with inhouse repair process in CS iam able to take return material i.e IRRE and also item category IRRP with requirement type SERP copied into sales order but not saving service order.

A service order has not found for action repairs-infromation

Even the status also updated as under Repair.

After copy proposal iam getting below error

I tested total inhouse process 2 months back in unit testing client ran successfully after moving to production now getting issue in development,quality as well not tested yet in production.

Need urgent help,live entries going on in production.

    issue resolved

    some one assigned for schedule line IR account assignment category as E

    after erasing E now service order generated thank u
