In my scenario, we are using CL_GOS_DOCUMENT_SERVICE->CREATE_ATTACHMENT to create attachment. The same attachment i want to attach in the workflow workitem.
You can see attached documents in the workitem, there are several ways to do so, I like adding a new object to display the documents, see for example Linking documents to workflow
