Badi/userexit to fill vbrk-xblnr

Hi experts.

Any badi/exit to fill vbrk-xblnr during invoice cancellation-vf11 ?? For vf01, we could do in exit_saplv60a_001., But this not triggered during cancellation. Found badi_sd_billing, but it is marked ' only for sap internal use'.

Would it be fine if we implement in

For cancellation, the data of the invoice to be canceled is not designed to be changed. To be consistent and match the original, into the cancellation invoice the data is copied from the original invoice. With the new cancellation (see note 1259505), there are no user-exits triggered. Aim is to clear the accounting documents with each other, the data has to be the same.

Not clear why in cancellation a reference number should be different. One way would be to force the execution of the old cancellation (note 339928). Then user-exits of note 301077 will be triggered.

However, there is a big disadvantage, since the accounting documents of the original invoice and the cancellation invoice will no longer be cleared automatically by the system. This will have to be performed by the users manually.

    Hey Jyothir

Try below and see if it works

    • Try exit RV60AFZZ this gets created during creation debug and see if you can find XBLNR in there.
    • BADI SD_CIN_LV60AU02 has XVBRK which has the field XBLNR which can be used
    • Try to use the exit EXIT_SAPLV60B_001 (enhancement SDVFX001) or EXIT_SAPLV60B_008 (enhancement SDVFX008)

Let me know if that helped

    Hello jyothir aditya k,

Recommend you to go through the SAP NOTE 301077 using OSS 301077 login.

In addition advise you to check USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP in RV60AFZC as well.
