How to open BPC 7.5 Parked (Offline) report in BPC 10.1

We are converting from BPC 7.5 to BPC 10.1. Some users have reports that were 'Parked' (taken offline) in BPC 7.5 but it is unclear how we can open them in BPC 10.1 and bring them back 'Online'. Do I need to tell all users to save their 'Parked' BPC 7.5 reports as Active prior to the upgrade to 10.1 so they are usable under 10.1?

In general, all reports have to be recreated using new EPM functions and report designer...
