Have you try to check the key combinaison proposed in CTRL + SHIFT + L ?

As already mentioned by Frederic. Did you check your key configuration in Eclipse? You can reach it by pressing CMD + SHIFT + L twice or in the preferences in the section "General > Keys".

These are my settings:

It looks like this

Are there other commands assigned to CMD + F3 in your IDE? You can check this by just entering F3 in the filter input field.

In my case, there is another but it is only related to Java development and does not interfere with the activation short cut.

Maybe, you can also enable the following setting "Show binding when command is invoked > Through Keyboard" in "Preferences > General > Keys". If Eclipse recognises a shortcut, it will show you the executed short cut and command.

BTW - in the mean time a new ADT version (3.12.0) is available on the update site. I guess it won't solve your issue, but maybe you want to give it a try.

I will check how eclipse recognizes keys during activating.
