Excel download SAP reports in Plant Maintenance limitted to 32 columns

We use transaction IL05 and IH06 to report the characteric values of the selected Functional location. We have around 124 characteristrics, which is the limit in SAP. When I want to export the report to Excel the download is limitted to 32 columns. Is there a solution to expand the amount of columns?
