Popup window ( Technical Information ) is displayed after almost each user command

Hello,

One of our users have encountered a problem today.

From a moment she had logged in to SAP, almost each action which she performs, triggers a popup window 'Technical Information'. This window contains information about Program and Function which she used.

She can perform one of 3 actions.

* Confirm -> action is aborted and popup window is being closed

* Cancel/Close -> another popup window appears, with function for Cancel/Close

* Navigate -> Source code of program SAPMSSY0 is being displayed

Example:

Restarting SAP and Computer did not helped.

I made some research on the internet for this problem, but I have not found any similar case.

We are using SAP NetWeaver 7.50 (SP Stack 16) and SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 (SP Stack 13)
