Telephony integration with SAP ByDesign

Hello,

Please advise how to integrate telephony to SAP ByDesign with contact center software.

In this link https://help.sap.com/viewer/0635ec3491974ad988be05d6b1dcf734/2005/en-US/2d0fb0c1722d10149b1aecca371701a5.html, does it limit to only selected SAP BCM or selected partner?

It seem SAP Cloud for Customer having more flexible integration by live activity configuration but I don't see it in ByDesign.
