​Is there a way to trigger autosave when changing a ticket status on SAP Sales Cloud

Hi there,

According to a business requirement, when changing the status of a ticket, an auto Save is required to retrieve data for a report. Is there a way to implement this onto Sales Cloud only using the available functionalities?

    Hi Avineash,

    There is not such a functionality currently in the Settings nor via a workflow.

    Maybe raise an influence?
