  • Hi,

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. I am here to help you to get the most out of it.

First of all, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with (if you haven't done so already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members.
    For example you:
    - can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful)
    - can use a descriptive subject line

Please also make sure you're using all appropriate tags, so the right experts can find your question. Overall, the more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you. Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question - but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).

Finally, if you're hoping to connect with readers, please consider adding a picture to your profile. Here's how you do it: By personalizing your profile with a photo of you, you encourage readers to respond.

I have no idea from where you took this screenshot, but most probably if you click on the long text of the error it will give you more information on what you are supposed to do.

Usually such errors are encountered when the exchange rates are not completely or correctly maintained in your system (e.g. via OB08).

I assume that you are not responsible for maintaining the exchange rates, so in this case you have to reach out to your FI colleagues and ask them to maintain the exchange rates. This is, of course, if the rate type is correct (which community members cannot know, because they have no information about your system).

If you are a business user - ask your local support team or your colleagues to provide you with user manuals.

It also makes sense always to ask your local support team for help via the official channels (e.g. by submitting a ticket) before posting questions in an online forum - they have SLAs (you are guaranteed a response in a specific time frame) and they know about your system and business processes.
