Settlement error for process order

Hi Friends

We have some process orders which are partially delivered and TECO. The wip calculation was done as EUR 0.00 and variance calculation as EUR 301.34. when we are trying to settle in KO88 we are getting a message KD213, sender already settled. But there is a variance that needs to be settled. The order is required to be closed in COR2 there is an error message KD276 as WIP needs to be cleared. But we have no WIP and there is only variance. Please guide on how can we settle the order

Hello nitya030820

Go to T Code KKA7and delete the WIP data for the order. Than try to settle the order. If you are able to see the balance on the order and if you get the message "There are no accrued amounts on the order" in KO88, it means there are no additional costs booked on the order since the last settlement. Please check the posting date of the last cost booked on the order.
