Fiori Approve Leave Request - My Inbox integration in comarison to Fiori Approve Travel Expenses

Dear all,

I am implementing Fiori Approve Leave Request V3 according to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2791031 and was wondering, why the setup differs from Fiori Approve Travel Expenses (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2323673)

Especially in ALR they use INTENT for Visualization Type and for ATE they use INBOX_GEN.

1. Why is this difference?
2. Which is the preferrable / future proof way to go?
3. I already set up ATE from a user's POV this is the desirable outcome with a separate My Inbox tile only showing travel expenses while the general My Inbox tile shows all entities
