Wi-Fi or 4G, both access will grant an IP address to the device. This is sufficient to have the communication established with any web server.
ITSmobile itself doesn't care about the underlying access, so it should work fine.
You only need to check whether you have access to the SAP system via 4G network (maybe you have a firewall or other network device that can block such access). Your network team should be able to clarify about this point.
