Unable to select Files for Delete Program on SARA-WORKITEM at

Hello Experts!

I would like to ask for a help, I'm trying to delete a file at transaction code SARA and object WORKITEM, but it says that besides the job didnt fail, when writing the file, i can't select it for deleting.

It has only one message that says "Not stored" and has this "yellow ray" locking the selection.Those screens appers when i click on the "Archive Selection" button.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Bruno,

did you check the variant, if it was run in test mode or PRD mode?

what does the spool & sara->statistics show?

check in the file system if the file was created or not

Thanks for returning Satya!

I was able to verify that the file was writing in the correct directory, but it was writing with an extra extension in the file name causing it to get lost when searching to delete.


I managed to get out of this by removing this extra extension manually on the "Administration" at SARA
