All declared components on a page has 'IsNotRunning' Status

Dear Team,

We are trying to debug a workflow & using the tester page to check the methods available for a component.

But even after the page is loaded & the buttons are available, we are not able to test them. Probably because the status of the components are 'IsNotRunning'. Could you please let us know what is missing or how to fix this.

Hi,

Using Desktop Studio, when you launch the debugger, the page tester should be available for you to check if the items (or pages) you declared are correctly recognized.

You don't have to trigger the scenario.

If for some reason the pages/items remain grey in the Tester, then I would suggest you check the criteria you used (at application/page/item level)

Yes that is true, I have triggered the bot from the desktop Agent. Could you please let me know how can I do it before triggering the bot.

The page tester gives the appropriate view to chose appropriate item level and the corresponding method for it and execute it.

Hi Anup - It seems you have already triggered the scenario execution from the desktop agent. If that is the case, then the page tester isn't valid as far as my knowledge goes. Its only before you actually trigger the bot.
