Dear Team,
I am trying to export contact detail from Data workbench even for 1 contact i have tried. All exported contact file status is interrupted if we check in monitor under data workbench. What could be the reason for it and How can i fix it.

Hi Dubey,
When you are trying to export the data using Contact ID, system internally calls the entire Contact Business Object for Data Export. So, if there is an inconsisteny in the BO, this will affect your data export or import. You need to check, Whether you have added any two extension fields with same name in the Contact Business Object.
Also, This can happen because of the corrupt data in the system. Try to edit the particular Contact ID in the system and check whether you are receiving any error.

Dear Madhuri,
If the task is interrupted straight after it was created, it is more than likely related to a duplicate field in the chosen object. Two properties with the same name may be present, one of them more than likely being an extension field.
The best course of action is to remove one of the fields from the Odata Service and then try the export again. It should go through successfully.
